UI/UX Designer

P3 Financial Group is a young, dynamic company headquartered in Helsinki with offices globally that has developed financial payment systems and digital platforms that create national scale payment ecosystems with all the necessary tools from end-user applications, devices to transaction processing, settlement and reconciliation.

We are looking for a creative and dynamic UI/UX Designer for our P3 Fintech Product to turn our solutions into winning products for our banking, insurance and retail clients.

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers
Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mockups for the development team to follow
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Improving the user experience related to core functionality and new features. Creating both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs.
Leading the design of our product and work alongside a small team of junior designers

Requirements

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer and relevant studies
Portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications.
Experience using Adobe CC Suite (Ai, Xd, Ps) or similar.
Strong communication skills to collaborate also remotely with various stakeholders and team members in English
Good time-management skills to meet sometimes strict deadlines
Can-do attitude

Not a requirement but a big plus:

Product Design/ Journey Design
Design thinking / Service Design experience
You’ve worked in a product manager-like role or worked closely with product managers
