• Supermetrics was founded in 2013 as a result of one data geek’s will to win a Google t-shirt. We have been profitable and growing ever since.

🤔Why do we need you?

We have enterprise products that we’re very excited about and while there’s documentation already in place and available for our customers, we’re determined to make these and our other documentation bigger, better and more polished to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. This is where you can have a major impact.

This role will initially be a paid summer internship (4 months) and has the opportunity to be continued as a permanent position.

👀What kind of talent are you?

You’re highly proficient and feel at ease with writing in English. Maybe you’ve already worked as a tech writer, knowledge manager or journalist or had some other form of writing in your past role(s). 

You have a deep interest in tech and are comfortable with playing around with HTML. You might also already be familiar with text formatting with Markdown. It’s a plus if your frontend skills extend to either JavaScript or PHP.

💪How would you use your skills in your daily work?

• You’ll need your technical skills and knowledge to understand and document our products accurately 

• Your excellent English skills are absolutely essential for writing clear documentation, that our clients can easily consume 

• You’ll be needing your HTML (and Markdown) skills every day for both editing and creating new articles to our knowledge base. 

• The visual impact of your articles benefit from your more advanced frontend skills
