Advokatguiden is a Norwegian startup created in early 2020 by the web agency Omega Media. You will work with a multi-talented team, composed of SEO and Paid Marketing experts, developers and designers. Advokatguiden is made from scratch by our team and has the will to quickly expand to other nordics countries such as Sweden and Denmark.

Your role will be to implement the new front-end features and design adjustments on the platform, using mainly Vue, NuxtJS for frontend and PHP Laravel for back end.

The back-end is fully built, right now we are adding new features, creating new design, new pages. We are growing extremely fast and need someone who can jump on the project quickly and start implementing new features, design updates and maintain the platform in general.

You will work with a remote developer responsible of the back-end development and the maintain of the platform.

Your missions will consist of :

• update the front-end of the website following design guidelines and mockups.

• closely work with our remote dev and local project manager to implement new features.

• optimise the code to always reach the smoothest experience on Advokatguiden.

Your will have to :

• quickly adapt to an existing code structure.

• be extremely meticulous when it comes to design implementation and responsiveness of the website.

• establish a great communication with our remote dev and adapt to the way he works.

  
  

The frontend app is built using Nuxt framework (that uses Vue). So the requirements that are mandatory are Vue, sass/CSS, node (Nuxt experience is nice to have). The app is running on kubernetes on AWS.

The backend app is composed of mainly the API (consumed by the frontend) and a admin dashboard. Its built using Laravel, so the mandatory requirements here is PHP and Laravel.

We are looking for someone :

• Hard worker, ready to learn new things and who wants to improve himself

• Able to work in team and be a minimum sociable

• Speak fluent English. Workplace is Norwegian, however we have several nationalities here so English is the most used language.

• We are a fun and young team, we like to have office gatherings, share Friday beers, have fun and work hard :)

We need someone to work on-site, and not remotely. Our dev team is growing and we want to build a proper structure with efficient management and collaboration. Please do not apply if you can't come work in the office.
