For our head office in Copenhagen, we are seeking a proactive Head of Operations and Finance to manage the financials of the company, ensuring regularity compliance and overseeing implementations of IT systems as well as collaborating with other senior staff to formulate strategy.

You will become part of a dynamic management team and work closely with those responsible for product development, marketing and sales.  

Your primary activities:

• Evaluate and advice on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory actions.

• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, reporting these to the company and provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

• Take responsibility for all aspects of accounting functions of the organization.

• Ensuring timely assessment and filling of direct and indirect tax returns.

• Tracking KPIs

• Manage regular investor and board communication

• Assist with product development of the financial features of our products

• Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders

• Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention

• Streamline and create processes to make the company highly scalable

You:

• BA/MA in Economics, Business, Finance or similar relevant field

• Familiar with all business functions, including HR, IT, finance and supply chain

• Comfort in the startup environment; prior experience working with B2B companies preferred.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

• Analytic minded and a skilled problem solver

• Dedication to learning and growing

• Great at taking ownership of broad areas of a business
