We are looking for an Account Manager who has a genuine interest in sales and customer relationship building and who enjoys breaking new ground where you offer your customers a solution that creates both value and benefit. Are you a charismatic networker who thinks it is a matter of course to proactively reach out and interact with new contacts to build long-term and strong relationships?
Your Responsibilities
Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities
Booking meetings and giving product demos
Tailoring technical and commercial solution proposals according to market and customer needs
Closing deals combining subscription and service sales components.
Working with the delivery organisation to ensure successful professional service deliveries.
Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Your background
Proven track record of successful sales development
Past experience from maritime supply chain logistics-related technical sales and professional service sales considered as a bonus.
Deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics
Close contact with customers requires you to be customer-, solution-, and target oriented
A skilled negotiator, presenter, influencer and relationship builder, who understands the customers’ needs and is able to turn them into opportunities.
Self-managing person with drive and persistence, and results-oriented way of working
A systematic and independent way of working but also readiness to work in a team
Good communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and carry out several tasks in parallel
Fluent verbal and written Finnish and English skills
Competent use of Google Suite products and CRM (Hubspot)
