A Social Media Specialist to facilitate the Marketing team in developing and executing various marketing campaigns. As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll work directly with our CMO and Creative Team as well as other teams in different functions, such as customer support, sales, and distribution. The right candidate has a strong analytical mindset, an eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the willingness to learn as they go.
Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
Reach out and collaborate with brand ambassadors to create innovative ways to gain exposure for the company's products
Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
Analyze data from marketing platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Analytics
Learn and work with various types of software for digital marketing
Create marketing materials such as reports, case studies, and presentations
Conduct market research
Analyze questionnaires and other forms of feedback
Strategize social media marketing plan for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and most importantly, TikTok
Observe, interact with Rens customers, and from that formulize Rens content strategies.
High fluency in English, no Finnish required
Frequent user of TikTok, strong understanding of this platform and its users
A high level of attention to detail
Proficient problem-solving skills
Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, and comfortable in communicating across levels
Ability to interpret complex data chunks and numbers
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently under pressure
Strong understanding of email funnel
Strong understanding of customer journey from Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act to Advocate.
Experience of working with analytical tools: Facebook & Google Analytics (Basic)
Understand the nature of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok
Have your own social media game
Inbound and/or outbound marketing experience.
Expertise in digital marketing management for fast-growing startups
Experience in using data management systems such as HubSpot and Zendesk
Experience in retail, fashion, and e-commerce industries
Graphic skills: Photoshop, Sketch, Lightroom, Illustrator
Video skill: Final Cut Pro
