ENOUGH ABOUT US – LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

Are you a strategic, hands-on, hard-working app wizard? Have you already mastered the app owner role in a previous position, have impressive app performance under the belt and now feel the need for a bigger happiness-fish to fry?

You will be building and leading the app team and be ultimately responsible for delivery wow to our members in an app. You will be working closely together with our brand team but you obviously have an opinion on what a good product looks like, both from a customer and technical perspective. It is vital that you are persistent in reaching your goals, doing whatever it takes and are exceptional a helping your team getting things done.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall responsible for the app performance and goal achievement (defined in coherence with team brand and growth)

• Overall responsible for formulating goals & objectives for app team

• Overall responsible product roadmap (reaching agreed deadlines)

• Overall responsible for setting and secure app performance metrics (in coherence with growth team).

• Define hypothesis, tested them with A/B test and obtain conclusions.

• Oversee live-ops implementation: plan, execution and improvements.

• Day to day leader for your team, ensuring focus and progress towards agreed goals.

• Drive teamwork between internal stakeholders (teams) and your development team.

• Securing an agile, empowering environment for your team enabling them to release their full potential and do awesome stuff.

Requirements

• Degree with focus on tech/It or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 5+ years of experience working in a Digital environment.

• 2+ years working as a Product Owner or product management related role, preferably in an agile working setup.

• Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels.

• Experience in creating strong internal business cases to support investment and internal resource requests.
