Venuu is looking for two sales and customer oriented Account Managers to help us launch and grow our business in Spain. Ideally we receive applications from both entry-level talents and people with previous sales-related experience. The job is based in Helsinki. Read more below.
Venuu = “Airbnb of event spaces”, the biggest event venue booking service in Finland and Sweden, currently expanding to new markets. Over 6000 spaces listed. Venuu.fi / Venuu.se / Venuu.com.
The job: Best friend of Spain’s venue providers. You find them, you close deals with them, and you help them get the most out of Venuu.
Requirements: Sales and customer service attitude. Confidence. Great communication and argumentation skills (oral and written). Structured and well-organised approach. Curiosity. Ambition. Humor. Big heart.
Language: Spanish as a native language: all your customers will be in Spain. English as it’s our company language. No Finnish needed.

Office: Helsinki centre.
Your main responsibility is to grow and improve our venue supply.
You form partnerships: find new venues following our expansion strategy, contact the venues, and negotiate deals with them. 📝
You’re a valuable resource to our partners and make them feel cared for – you onboard them, help them with any tasks related to their businesses, and help them succeed.
You work in tandem with the whole Spanish country team. We all follow the same strategy and share the same dream, that is, make Venuu YUGE in Spain. 📈
Sales-oriented approach is your thing. You’re able to close deals plus support our partners in doing so.
You have great argumentation skills. You’re able to pitch and convince venue providers both on phone and via email. 📞
You share our idea that growth follows when we generate maximum value to our stakeholders. You’re genuinely interested in our partners’ success.
Fast-paced work suits you – juggling a great number of things simultaneously is what your brain is built for. You’re able to organise and structure your work. 🤹
Previous work experience is not a must. Ideally we'd get applications from both entry-level (trainee) applicants and people with previous sales experience.
Spanish language at a native level (spoken and written), good command of English. Finnish is not required. Catalan is considered a plus.
You’re a good fit for the Spanish team and appreciate a great work culture.
Spaniards already located in Helsinki or willing to relocate at a very quick schedule.
Young professionals with 0-3 years of work experience in sales or customer success related fields.
Talents who are willing to learn new skills and work towards ambitious goals.
People who have lived in, or otherwise are familiar with Spain’s biggest cities: Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Zaragoza, Sevilla etc.
People with a burning interest in sales, customer success, growth-hacking, the event industry, and/or joining a growing startup.
