Unity Programmer/Developer

We are seeking a new colleague for the position of a full-time developer. You will be responsible for building applications for VR and AR on mobile, PC and MAC, based on the Unity framework. Your primary responsibilities will be to implement functionality translating project ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional and engaging application. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, outgoing approach, and a quality product are essential.


Responsibilities

●      Translate design specification into functional code

●      Working closely with 3D artists and project managers to establish an effective pipeline and have a well optimised application

●      Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code

●      Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

●      Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems

●      Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization


Skills

●      Excellent knowledge of Unity

●      Excellent knowledge of C#

●      Experience with game physics and particle systems

●      Experience with mobile, PC and Mac development

●      Experience optimizing memory and space usage for support of older hardware

●      Ability to constantly learn and stay in touch with evolving VR and AR standards and development technologies

●      Strong understanding of object-oriented programming

●      Strong understanding of Unity shaders and Unity Universal Render Pipeline

●      Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code

●      Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools such as GIT and Unity Collab


Plusses if you

●      Have experience with 3D and animation

●      Have prior experience with VR and AR

●      2-3 years of working experience

●      Hold a master’s degree in Computer Science
