 We are looking for a part time agent in customer experience to support our daily customer service and sales. You do not need to have much experience, most important is that you are willing to learn and you have a growth mindset . At Laundrop you get the chance to grow, take responsibility and influence our sales and future growth.

It's a part-time role, about 20-30 hours a week to begin with, but if everything goes well, you will be able to receive full time position and full time wages within 3-6 months. Perfect for those who are still studying, have recently graduated or come from a service background.

Start date between 1-15 March 2021.

 Your as an applicant:

• Will be responsible for maintaining relationship with customers and suppliers.

• Are good a communicating and have an empathetic and organised approach.

• Are a driven, creative and ambitious person who is passionate about entrepreneurship.

• Can work independently and have flexible working hours.

• Are a technical person interested in digitalisation and development

• Are a problem solver that likes a high pace work tempo and can multitask

• Speak fluent Swedish

Your main tasks include :

• Maintaining a five star customer experience with customers through email, chat & telephone.

• Sales outreach

• Communicating with suppliers
