If you are an expert in selling solutions and advising on digital customer journeys, conversion and building trust in digital channels, you could be our new Account Manager for iRaiser in Norway – the trusted advisor in digital fundraising.

Your role:

You will help existing and new customers get more funds with the most efficient use of resources through the best use of our portfolio of proven digital tools and products.

• Build and maintain our national network of NFPs (we have great customers in Norway, and we want more!)

• Set up meetings and demonstrations

• Perform solution demonstrations and do client negotiations

• Support in delivering lead generation activities and opportunities

• Advice on using digital tools to increase fundraising effect

• Ensure customer success together with the delivery teams

• Deliver on  sales targets within market

You will be our first in-country representative in Norway and be part of a Global team. You are self-driven, motivated by freedom and energized by the impact you can make in this sector. You will have a strong and experienced team backing you up and an admirable list of existing customers cheering you on.

About you:

You speak fluent fundraising with a digital accent. You respect the focus on security, efficiency and confidentiality our customers demand. You are a heat-seeking missile always on the look-out to create value and win-win scenarios – and yet a humorous team-player with great social skills and someone your friends count on (we will too – count and be friends, that is).

Formally we require:

• Work permit for Norway and permanent residency

• Fluent Norwegian

• Professional level English

• At least three laughs on a rainy day

• Experience in digital, sales or fundraising streams are encouraged to apply
