We are looking for a data-driven Reporting & Testing Manager to help us coordinate and execute reports to internal and external stakeholders as well as to our supervising financial authorities. Moreover, you will coordinate internal compliance testing programs and quality assurance together with other departments to ensure stable and flawless daily operations.

Your tasks in detail:

• You coordinate, prepare and execute all recurring reports based on our obligations as a payment institution

• You prepare and visualize reports about our overall business and compliance relevant activities for internal/external stakeholders such as the Holvi Management and our colleagues at BBVA

• You support your team with ongoing monitoring of relevant statistics as a baseline for strategic decisions

• You plan and execute an ongoing and company-wide compliance testing program together with our Compliance Officer to ensure our daily operations are executed in line with underlying policies and regulatory requirements. Work closely with the department leaders to support with identifying gaps for improvement

Our ideal candidate:

• You have 2+ years of experience working in the financial industry or any other regulated institution

• You love numbers

• You have excellent skills in processing, evaluating and visualizing raw data

• You have excellent skills in using Excel

• You are an advanced SQL speaker

• You have excellent verbal and written English skills. Work proficiency in Finnish, German or Spanish is a plus

• You have a proactive, self-starter spirit and the ability to work both ways, independently and in a team without micromanagement
