Likvido is a (very) fast-growing and ambitious startup based in Copenhagen. We are 25 employees now, and we have just raised a seed round. As part of our platform we offer a debt collection solution that strives to be a world class solution based on digitalization and automatization. You will be vital to this mission. Your job will be to apply your deep knowledge of debt collection to both ensure an end-to-end collection process as well as supporting our goal to digitize our platform.

Responsibilities

As our new collections advisor your primary responsibility is to aid in day-to-day debtor support and legal collection. You will help develop a small and young team as right-hand-person to the Business Process Manager as you join our operations department. Your main tasks will include handling debtor objections, enforcement court procedures and other judicial matters. As part of an ambitious start-up in the FinTech-industry you get a great chance to affect our product.

We are still developing our debt collection platform and operations department and we are therefore looking for a hardworking candidate who wishes to embark on our journey to greatness.

Your tasks will include an end-to-end collection process:

-          Daily support to collection requests from debtors and clients by phone or e-mail

-          Managing more difficult objections

-          Preparing cases for enforcement court

-          Handling enforcement court procedures and outlays

-          Handling bankruptcies, death estates etc.

-          Assisting the Business Process Manager in optimizing our processes

Requirements

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

-          A solid background working with debt collection

-          Experience with handling judicial matters concerning debt collection

-          Great communicative skills

-          IT – flair

-          The primary working language is Danish; however, intermediate English capabilities is preferred as you may encounter international clients or international collection cases

Your educational background is unimportant. But it is vital that you have experience in debt collection and that you thrive with a busy schedule with a certain amount of routine tasks.
