We want to make our marketing measurable and to support our sales with a steady flow of inbound leads. You would own the entire marketing function and optimise the whole in order to maximize the number of leads and make sure our digital presence is consistently on the right level. We know we have a great product, now we want the message about it to reach all relevant parties, in the best possible manner. 🙂

Working as our Head of Marketing, you enjoy a learning process of trial and error. Since this role is starting our marketing function, you would ideally know at least a little bit of everything. A good background would be:
5 years of experience with B2B digital marketing
A relevant masters degree
An eye for good copy and great visuals
Knowledge and experience of lead generation with SEO, CRO & Content
Knowledge of analytics tools and marketing automation
It’s also natural for you to ask questions and say if there’s something you’re not that familiar with yet. There is always room to grow and learn, and you don’t need to be perfect, no-one is. This is how we see honesty – and humanity.
