About the role
Your mission at Growth Tribe would be to function as the managing director of Finland. In the beginning you’d work closely with our Finland CEO Anssi, who would slowly transition operative responsibility to you.
You’d have P&L responsibility and will need to grow our annual revenues by 10x in the next 3 years (with the help of your team, of course).
Outcomes for success
Grow our annual revenue from 400k in 2019 to 4m in 2022
- Success here means that you’ll also be selling and closing our larger deals. You’d be our key contact and deal closer for our larger corporate accounts. You’d be aiming for 200-250k of closed revenue per quarter.
-Hire and manage a team of sales reps that work on our smaller clients
Develop our sales strategy
- Create a strategic sales plan, protocols, and procedures designed to improve our enterprise sales engine and improve sales interactions
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts
Manage the team and their strategic goals
-Set OKRs with all of the team members and ensure that they are being hit. By the end of 2020 you’ll be managing a team of 5-7 people!
-Train members of the sales team in best practices and use emerging technology and intelligence to improve our sales numbers
Make sure our P&L stays in line with what we’re aiming for
-Create a revenue and profit plan per quarter with our part-time CFO
-Analyse our cost structure and control budgets for the team
-Hit agreed upon revenue and profit targets for each quarter
