PayGate is a Danish startup company - an official and certified integrator for MobilePay. The company developed several platforms for businesses and organizations willing to use MobilePay payment solutions. PayGate also specializes in custom MobilePay solutions according to the needs to its clients - iFrames, plugins, etc. We provide our clients with flexibility when it comes to keep, support and run flawless and secure handling of payments and processes.
PayGate (paygate.dk) - “Ready-to-use platform for MobilePay Subscriptions & Invoice”. We have an extensive array of clients in Denmark but have also embarked upon expanding in Finland.
The increasing number of companies to be onboarded is why we are looking for a dedicated country manager for Finland that can help us steer in this country and find more clients while at the same time keeping the existing ones more than happy with our product. This is a role where you will be able to demonstrate and develop numerous skills that will be valuable.
These requirements are important to us:
Excellent spoken and written Finnish
Excellent spoken and written English
Significant experience in sales with a proven track-record of success in delivering target KPI’s
Experience in software as a service (SaaS) sales
You have a lot of drive and enjoy crossing tasks of a to-do list
You are able to work and excel in an ambitious high growth environment
You are a curious learner and enjoy to improve your professional skills
You are a great communicator and listener, understanding your customers is key to your ability to perform.
Good experience in working with digital marketing (SEM, SEO)
You enjoy meeting new people, creating relationships and take pride in your ability to turn a no into a yes
You can multitask and make sure that every customer gets a good experience even with a crowded calendar
Be able to submit weekly, monthly or quarterly performance and progress reports when requested.
Develop operational plans and Implement brand strategies
You take responsibility and act on your best intuition. You ask for forgiveness and execute instead of stalling or standing still when you meet resistance.

Actively look for leads in the Finnish market
Convert those leads into paying customers
Have calls and meetings with the potential customers
Coordinate with our CEO and with MobilePay Finland when it comes to sales
Ongoing support for our existing Finnish customers
Reporting on progress to our CEO
Actively striving to get existing customers to onboard on additional products
Preparing marketing materials to help you achieve your goals
