Nordic Jobs Worldwide are looking for Social Media Interns to join our growing company. This role will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence and gaining visibility for our brand among clients and candidates. The ideal applicant will have strong knowledge of digital media solutions, especially different social media sites.

The position includes updating the company social media channels, planning marketing campaigns, creating content for the blog, website and conducting market research to reach best results. The successful candidate will be working across the most important social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and so on. Those looking to gain experience in online media marketing from an international company are encouraged to apply!

You will also be involved in many different projects for candidate sourcing. To help our different teams to succeed in the delivery to our partners all over the world.

The position is perfect for someone in the beginning of their career willing to learn more and gain experience. The best candidate already preferably lives in Oslo.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create job postings and spread them by social medias

Screen candidate's resumes 

Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn and other CV databases 

You will be involved in recruiting Multilingual speakers (sales, marketing, operations...) for our clients all over Europe! 

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Delivery teams to create and implement sourcing campaigns

• Headhunt candidates for projects on social media and CV databases

• Create engaging content for various channels

• Optimizing content

• Provide support in other marketing tasks if needed

Your qualities:

• Strong knowledge of social media

• A good visual eye

• Innovative mind-set

• Good writing skills

• Experience from working with SoMe-marketing

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written

• Graphic design skills are a huge plus

• Photo editing skills

• Experience in social media analytics

• Wants to learn and try new things

• Is on top of latest digital marketing trends
