We are looking for a Talent Project Manager intern full time for 4-6 months to work with our Talent team to drive further our talent-related project. The Shortcut helps people enter the tech world by either creating a startup or joining one. We inspire and empower our community through events, workshops, training, and programs

You are:

• Structured with the ability to keep people focused whilst embracing the agile work environment of a fast-paced startup organization.

• Able to respond to challenges by generating results, getting feedback and improving based on that feedback.

• An excellent team player and communicator.

The internship will include tasks of ensuring that the recruitment process for our program is running flawlessly while enhancing activities of the internal Talent team.

To be successful as a Talent Project Manager intern, you must be able to have joy in talking to people from diverse backgrounds. You should also be able to have a structured way of working.

Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment processes for our talent programs

• Develop and implement training opportunities for participants

• Work on the onboarding of participants

• Collaborate with Talent team, community members and potential speakers

• Manage internal team activities through collaboration tools

• Handle talent-related project documentation and reporting

• Other HR-related activities, such as our Talent Pool

HR Project intern Requirements:

• Strong interest in the topics of HR, talent development and project management 

• Eagerness to learn about project management and recruitment processes

• Well-organized and good at time management

• Preferably prior experience in Excel or google spreadsheets

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• English fluency, both written and spoken

This internship can be completed for credit if arranged in advance with your university.
