Who we are looking for
You are an energetic, self-driven individual with experience in Software or IT sales and some experience in marketing. You are outgoing, eager to learn and have a basic understanding of technology, or an interest to learn about it. When faced with a challenge, you have a solution-oriented attitude, a positive outlook, and you are highly motivated to reach your goals. You know when to act fast, but also when a situation requires analysis and preparation. You are comfortable with unknowns because you understand that teamwork makes the dream work.
What you will be working with
Engage in direct sales with pre-qualified leads and defining ways to improve sales qualification
Evaluate, improve, and manage our existing inbound sales channels
Define our marketing mix, explore and research new methods, and manage the marketing budget
Qualify leads, and work together with our team to take leads through the sales
Help leads identify the best solutions, configurations, and features from our products
Challenge us on our sales and marketing strategies and current ways of working
Keep an ear to the ground on emerging opportunities related to our tech
As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving direct sales, provide input on and execute our sales strategy, and manage how we market ourselves and our products. We are in a phase of heavy growth with ambitious goals, and you will be a part of establishing a strong sales and marketing team which you will have the opportunity to shape and grow.

What we seek
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience and proven track record in sales and marketing within IT, software, finance or media industry
Self-driven, well-organized, and structured approach to sales & marketing
Proven analytical and research skills
Ability to develop strong customer relationships
Networking driven skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred qualifications
Experience in online sales of services/products
Experience with content marketing, content marketing platforms, and SEO
Experience of quota carrying software or technology sales
Relevant Bachelor's Degree
