Overview:
We are looking for a professional, service-oriented people-person to join our Customer Service team in Helsinki. Your job is to serve customers via chats, phone, and email, and welcome promising leads to the office for a visit.
Currently, we offer a part-time/full-time position.

You must have:
● Outstanding communication skills
● A warm, friendly and inviting personality
● The ability to learn fast and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
You can:
● Speak and write in Finnish and English
● Work part-time/full-time from Monday to Friday
It’s a plus if you also:
● Have previous customer service experience
● Speak Swedish
● Are willing to learn the case for gold
Responsibilities:
● Promptly answer incoming calls and chat questions from actual and potential customers
● Explain our services to current and prospective customers
● Make inbound calls to invite promising leads to the office
