The Spiir journey started in 2011 when Rune, a product-obsessed visionary, and Guðmundur, a technical mastermind, joined forces. Since then, the app has become one of the most downloaded financial apps in Denmark, making finance fun and easy for more than 370,000 users in both Norway and Denmark. But our journey is far from over.

In 2020, we’re set to expand Spiir even further. Adding some never-before-seen features, we’re going to make our app a fundamental part of young people’s financial lives in the Nordics and beyond. We will also partner up with more companies to provide our users with unique offers. 

And you’ll play a key part in that adventure.

As a Tech Lead of Spiir, you’ll need to be ready to do the technical groundwork to ensure a strong foundation, and have a passion to develop an even more intelligent and convenient Spiir app that will inspire and enlighten users. You’ll be part of a self-organised team where you'll be leading the technical implementations and work closely with the Product Lead to deliver high-quality results. You will be involved with the Spiir product end to end, gathering and implementing valuable feedback from our users. Your daily work will be in close cooperation with our designers and marketing team.

Who are you?

You’re a passionate and curious software or game developer. Your experience and interest are a good match to our tech stack. We're using C#, Azure, Angular, TypeScript and Ionic. You’re ready to take a step up in your career and you’re eager to use the power of your ambitions and opinions to drive Spiir to the next level. You’re ready to bring your ideas to life in a flat agile organisation.
