YES! We need someone that will extend this list by 1000 and make it happen! How? By building the culture foundation, executing it and then continue to make sure we update it and always try to stick to it.

  • Mission and vision - in practice

  • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines and value proposition for short as well as long term

  • Appearance. The way we walk and talk about ourselves in all channels

  • Recruitment plan, strategy and execution

  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media

  • Assisting with product development and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities

Experience

We’re looking for someone with proven experience from high growth companies.

We believe that for you to be successful in the role, you should be able to tick at least a majority of the below boxes

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.

  • At least 5 years of experience of marketing

  • Have some experience from tech teams

  • Working with recruitment systems like Teamtailor or similar

  • LinkedIn/social media recruitment

  • External agency management experience.

  • Office Interior projects
