Set and implement the growth strategy.

Be the partner to the CEO day-to-day and second in command when the CEO is unavailable.
Collaborate with the rest of the lead team (co-founders) on product and user experience.
We care less about your formal qualifications and current title but rather about your personal qualities, but here are a few guiding principles:
Documented expertise within the areas of growth marketing, data-driven marketing, and content marketing. Complementary commercial product management and business development expertise It is preferrable.
BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar. MSc/MBA is meritable.
Fluent in Swedish and English (required).
Experience and network within the startup- and tech scene is meritable.
