Hubro Education want to create the worlds best learning experiences. We develop learning games for business education, where students can work hands-on with the syllabus. This helps them develop a deeper understanding and boost their interest and motivation for learning. We've already users in 13 countries, but want to reach users all over the world! Therefore we are now looking for 2-3 market interns that want to work with and learn about sales, marketing and customer success.

Your assignments will be varied and change depending on the company's needs. You might work with:
Developing market strategies, analysis and plans, in collaboration with management and the marketing team
Participate on conferences and events, often internationally
Digital marketing - SEO, AdWords and LinkedIn
Inbound marketing - developing content and using Hubspot to develop leads
Sales, both hunting and incoming
Product presentations through video meetings
Advising customers on how to get the most out of our programs
Customer success - customer development and up-selling
Develop market materials
Collaborate with development team on new user needs
Collaborate with distribution partners
You're studying for a BSc or MSc in business - you must be able to have an academic discussion with lecturers
Sales experience - you must be comfortable with the sales situation. Other positions or engagements may substitute for lacking sales experience
Great written and spoken English skills
Norwegian language is a plus, but not an absolute requirement
Teaching experience is a plus, but not an absolute requirement
"Trivelig" - you should be a pleasant person that your colleagues and customers want to interact with
Ability and eagerness to learn
Good at developing relationships - our customers will be with us for many years
Good team player - you will work closely with the rest of the market team

The internships is 6 months long, where the purpose is to qualify you for a full-time position afterwards. The position will make you and the company well acquainted, so we may find a more specialised position afterwards.
