You will be responsible for the whole implementation cycle of VR training towards industry clients. You will work closely with the VR developers and guiding them in the creation and deployment of the VR applications. You will have direct contact with the customer and be responsible for understanding their needs and how our VR solutions can meet these.

What you will be doing:

• Organize workshops with the clients to understand their challenges.

• Plan the implementation together with the VR developer team.

• Iterate with the customers.

• Lead the development work continuously through the implementation.

• Test and evaluate the product together with the client, including performing VR user studies.

• Continuously work with improving the implementation process.

Must-have:

• Great communication skills. You will need to understand and communicate clearly with non-technical customers as well as highly technical colleagues.

• Structured. We are working with cutting-edge technology that is new to many of our clients, easily resulting in unexpected challenges. The processes needs to be very well-organized and structured. You need to be able to plan clearly and make sure to meet deadlines.

• Driven. You need to make sure the implementations moves forward with several different stakeholders and contributors.

• Technical interest. You should have experience in working with highly technical products as well as a strong interest in new technology.

• Results-oriented and pragmatic. You need to be focused on the client need and the bigger picture, helping your team and other stakeholders to focus on the right tasks.

Great to have:

• Experience in game engines such as Unity / Unreal.

• MSc or BSc Engineering.

• Experience in conducting user studies.
