As our Technical Support Specialist, you'll join our team of expert detectives digging into our customer's issues, catching bugs and delivering top-notch customer service.

As our Technical Customer Support, you’re responsible for helping our clients with their tech-related issues by locating the source of their problem and fixing it when possible and helping them to achieve perfect reports with Supermetrics tools. You’ll also have a chance to actively improve our customer support processes in a very relaxed and supportive atmosphere, while enjoying the great benefits that come with the job.
Your skills include:
Strong English skills (verbal and written)
Solid background in IT-support (3+ years of experience)
Tech-savvy mindset
True enjoyment in helping customers
Experience in report building (BI-tools/Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel)
Logical thinking on problem solving
We also value:
Experience in online marketing and/or report building
IT or Marketing degree
Proactive and innovative approach
Experience in PHP and/or API integrations
