Providing in-depth analysis on gathered or presented insights and the ability to convert them into recommendations that fit our clients' needs.

Workshop Design and Facilitation

Supporting/leading workshop design and facilitation in order to achieve rich insights and convert them into actionable next steps.

Sales & Upselling

Supporting / Leading sales and upselling efforts across different industries and accounts.

Requirements:  

• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken). Finnish/Swedish is not required but considered a great advantage

• Proficiency in MS office tools with focus on PowerPoint and Excel and/or their Google counterparts

• Ability to communicate your concepts and ideas clearly to people from outside of your field of work (e.g. senior business executives)

• Familiarity with work environment that requires dealing with client expectations and delivering within specific timeframe and budget 

• Tolerance and ability to work under pressure and in changing environments

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organisation 

• Experience with or keen interest in growth company business models and culture

Working with a variety of clients from large enterprises to cutting edge ventures is central to this position so impeccable project and expectation management skills are essential.
