Our chosen candidate’s core responsibilities would include:

• Insight collection  on enterprises, their needs and related business opportunities

• Creating and executing a screening mission to attract best-fit growth companies for our projects

• Assisting with the design and execution of selection processes to determine an optimal fit between growth companies and enterprises

• Supporting client-facing project delivery by generating in-depth analysis on companies, markets and value chains

• Helping to deliver value-adding workshops which cater for enterprises and third parties

• Supporting upselling and cross-selling efforts

• Driving company development functions of your areas of interest, such as marketing, HR, sales

Requirements: 

• Interest in Business Development  

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken). Finnish/Swedish is a plus

• Proficiency is MS office tools with focus on PowerPoint and Excel or their Google analogs

• Ability to communicate concepts clearly to external people and interested parties (e.g. senior business executives)

• Readiness for change and agility to cater for client-specific needs

• Experience with and/or keen interest in growth companies and culture

• Proactiveness; Vertical is in a constant state of development and is always receptive to new ideas and visions.
