About Startup Norway
Startup Norway is an independent impact organization started in 2011 by passionate entrepreneurs, wanting to create a stronger and more inclusive startup community.
We work to support the founders of Norway by developing services for founders, investors and the extended startup support system to increase the know-how in Norway on how to build companies. We strive to influence, connect and educate the players of the startup scene, with the goal to make the environment for founders as smooth and supportive as it can possibly be.

About the roles
You will support one or multiple of the business units.
- Work with the startup unit!
Help the upcoming generation of successful startups from Norway thrive in the community. In our startup division, you will work closely with the Startup Manager, network with many companies, get opportunities to promote our fundraising programs, events and help them the very best ones.
- Work with the investor unit!
Are you interested in early-stage investments and would like to be the frontrunner of investment knowledge and new opportunities? In our investment division, you will work closely with the head of investor activities. Here you will learn the language of early-stage investments and help the building more investors in the community.

Qualifications:
Proven track record as an independent and responsible doer.
Great oral and written communicator in English. It is a plus if you speak Norwegian, but not required.
Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities – you will be involved in multiple Startup Norway’s projects.
Personal motivation to be part of the Norwegian Startup community
You work for the mission, not for counting work-hours
Previous experience related to the startup ecosystem is a plus, but not required
