About the internship

You’ll be part of a highly skilled Admin team. Admin is the team that makes sure everyone has everything they need to do the best work of their lives. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple processes taking place at the same time and many challenges that might need your help.

Our internship offers you a chance to think creatively, bring your ideas to life, and impact our work environment. As an Office Manager Intern, you will be responsible for our amazing penthouse office at 657 Oslo. We expect the candidate to do research and planning, as well as hands-on work.

The internship starts as soon as possible and we will need you for 2 full days per week or more, for 3 months. We move fast, thus, increased activity might translate into an extension or permanent employment.

 


The role in a nutshell

  • You will work closely with the People & Culture Manager on office happiness and management.

  • You will make sure that the office runs smoothly, which includes keeping supplies in stock (food etc.), administer the cleaning company and watering plants. 

  • You will help out with projects related to upgrading our office work environment. 

  • When you have extra time on your hands you will help plan team events, like Waffle & Beer Fridays and team activities.

  • When needed you will participate in all-hands-on-deck activities like answering support tickets.

  • When needed you will help planning and coordinating recruitment.

Bonus qualifications

  • Former experience working in similar roles.

  • You are currently undergoing an HR education.

  • Interest in digital and influencer marketing.

  • You have a genuine interest in plants.
