We’re looking for an Admin and Finance Coordinator / “Office Ninja” to join our fast growing startup team in the Helsinki office. This person will report to our Operations and Finance Lead and work closely with our Leadership Team.

Responsibilities include:
Accounting related tasks; Processing, verifying and creating invoices and supporting accounting department in routine tasks
Admin related tasks; Coordinating vendors; insurances, tele-communication, visas for team members etc.
Legal related tasks; Drafting and reviewing day-to-day agreements such as NDAs, employment agreements, vendor agreements etc.
HR related tasks; coordinating employee and partner gifts, organizing and booking events, booking travel and team meets for the wider team
Office related tasks; preparing for meetings, as well as drafting meeting minutes and memos
Leadership team support; Support the leadership team with admin and operational tasks. Help manage calendar for leadership team. Proofreading material and helping leadership team prepare for events etc.
Any other tasks as agreed
Requirements
Legal, admin or business related studies
High attention to detail
Ability to hold on to many threads at the same time
Ability to make decisions and move fast
Ability to learn and adapt to fast moving processes
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English, proficient in Finnish and Swedish
High integrity and high level of common sense
