We are a small team of dedicated professionals coming from various walks of life. The company is moving quickly, and as we get more work at our hands, we are looking for an ambitious Nordic Sales Manager to help us build a professional B2B sales pipeline and organize sales efforts in the region.
You will be in charge of B2B sales in the Nordics and be responsible for developing business plans, putting together pricing strategies, building strategically important relationships with clients, qualifying leads, following up with potential and current customers, coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation and... have lots of fun at one of the most buzzing environments in Oslo - StartupLab!

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
Acquiring new enterprise clients
Managing organizational sales across the Nordic region by developing and following a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
Closely collaborating with the C-level executive team
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
Promoting the organization and products
Working closely with our distributors and resellers
1-3 years of B2B sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian/Swedish
Ability to work independently and control your own daily work agenda
Proactivity is your middle name
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Have experience in HubSpot CRM and other modern Sales tools
