We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support the founding team in business management and daily operations. You’ll work closely with the operations team to practice executive and growth at a fast pace. The right candidate has strong organization and management skills, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
Support everyday administrative and operational activities, organize and maintain the office filing system
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings; screen, and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Accelerate HR management, addressing the human resource needs
The right candidate has/is:
High fluency in English, no Finnish required
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to interpret complex data chunks and numbers
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Proficient problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Cool to work under a lot of pressure
It’s good that you also have:
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Expertise in business operations and management for fast-growing startups
Experience in retail, fashion, and e-commerce industries
An understanding of finance and accounting
