We are looking for a sales professional wanting to take on the next big challenge in your career. You will be part of a team helping us hack our sales efforts across multiple markets on our journey to becoming a global success story in the last mega industry to go digital.


BuildSafe is one of the fastest growing SaaS-companies within construction technology. We help construction teams build safer and more efficiently with our powerful collaboration platform for risk- and task management on site. Obviously, we can’t do this on our own. That’s why we are looking for you: curious, humble and ambitious doers that want to set out on this journey with us. You will play an important role in our fast growing team from day one and have great growth opportunities along the way.

We currently have sales teams and customers in both the UK and in the Nordics. Now we’re looking for a high performer to help accelerate our international growth on multiple markets. You will be one of the first members of our new Inside Sales team and will be responsible for making sure we have a high flow of quality opportunities and close deals.

Successful applicants will love the challenge of driving growth across multiple markets. You'll probably also get excited about the opportunity of transforming one of the largest industries in the world with a great product.

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Qualify and close deals on multiple international markets

  • Maintain a high flow of quality opportunities

  • Be a team player in a high performance, fast growing team driving us towards our vision

     

WHAT YOU WON'T DO:

  • Initial prospecting - we have a separate team for this, but you will own the leads from first contact to close.

  • Handle technical support or work with implementation after signing deals – our expert Customer Success team handles that.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You love sales and have a proven track record in high performance teams

  • You have strong analytical skills and are not afraid to challenge existing truths

  • You have an international mindset and are intrigued by the opportunity of closing deals on multiple markets

  • You are driven by results but value team achievements over individual ones.

  • You are highly motivated with a real “can do” attitude - a self-starter.

  • You have excellent communications skills in at least Swedish and English (more language skills are a plus).
