Right now we are one of Sweden’s fastest scaling start-ups and we are looking for a talented Art Director to join our team as we continue to grow and expand Estrid throughout Europe but also as we develop other stand-alone brands alongside Estrid. Our vision is to create a portfolio consisting of the brands of the future - mission-driven, emotionally resonant and with a high degree of user empathy.

This is a key role for a truly talented creative with a strong understanding of the digital world - expect to have a major impact.

Among other things, we need you to:

• Translate our brand strategy into beautiful visual design

• Seriously flex your creative muscles and be a world class idea generator

• Drive the creative vision and visual identity of Estrid and our other stand-alone brands

• Create stunning designs for our website, graphics, ads and packaging

• Ensure that all our assets demonstrate only the highest design quality and effectively communicate our brand message

• Stay on top of all design trends and maintain best practices

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar that demonstrate an exceptional creativity and attention to detail

• Experience working with website design and different digital advertising formats

• Highly conceptual and creative thinker

• Genuine interest in new design trends and technologies

• A strong understanding of how design affects user experience

• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
