Our vision is to normalize diversity in companies using tech. We do that by enabling them to increase the number of qualified diverse applicants by ensuring inclusive language in their communication and recruitment content. We have built an AI-tool that spell-checks for non-inclusive language and proposes inclusive alternatives. You really like front-end development, UI/UX design and you are enthusiastic about using your tech skills to make a societal change! You are also excited about working in a small start-up and are able to translate our vision into a gorgeous front-end implementation.

Your profile

• Previous experience in front-end development, specifically with Typescript, Angular JS, HTML and CSS;

• You understand the importance of UX and want to find new ways to optimize the user's experience;

• Proficiency in spoken English (our team consists of people from different countries);

• Familiar with basic web-application structure and REST APIs;

• Good working knowledge of Git/BitBucket;

• Enthusiastic about changing the world with technology;

• Previously have participated in technical planning, requirements gathering, design and documentation.

Your responsibilities

• Design and maintain new features in the front-end of our application;

• Fix bugs and irregularities in our existing web application;

• Work closely with the back-end development to ensure a smooth-running web-application;

• Brainstorm about UI, the design for new features, and upgrades for our current application to bring it to the next level.
