Example tasks and responsibilities
Drive usage growth of the Screenful product
Optimise the complete customer lifecycle including: on-boarding, account growth, new feature adoption, and renewals
Optimise the conversion path from freemium and free trial to paid plans
Track metrics related to churn and other customer success measurements
Run online campaigns and promotions, including Adwords, Facebook, and Twitter ads
Build customer touch points across the customer journey
Produce high quality content such as marketing material, blog posts, online guides and help tutorials
Optimise existing landing pages and build new ones
Search engine optimization, link building & social media
Product analytics i.e. what our users are doing in our product?
Previous experience in marketing, tech or related role
Strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies
Strong technical understanding
Understanding of metrics related to SaaS subscription businesses
