We want to create an engaged community around We B Tea in our different social media channels and reach significant media to create brand awareness and spread the word of We B Tea. Your responsibilities:

• We B Tea's content across forums & social media channels to generate traffic to the website and conversion

• Research, map and develop relationships with influencers and brands with a significant following on Instagram and/or other Social Media platforms

• Research and contact relevant online media outlets such as blogs, podcasts and magazines

• Engage with relevant content and profiles on Instagram

• Other marketing related tasks

• Blog

Our ambition is to offer a paid position after the 3 months.

Who we’re looking for:

We think you are a self-going individual who absolutely loves social media and are up to date with trends and news in the scene. You will be excited to come up with new content and be strong with your copywriting skills. You will believe in We B Teas vision, and a big plus if you are tea drinker"

You can work 10-15 hours/week for a minimum 3 months.

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English

• Excellent copy & storytelling skills being able to create texts in different tones for different readers, always staying on brand

• Working knowledge of top social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Youtube

• Ability to have a creative approach to finding new ways of communication as well having a creative eye for the visual appeal of the brand identity

• Understanding of facebook & google marketing and thrive to want to learn more about it!

Desirable skills:

Mailchimp (or similar email marketing tools), Google Analytics

Search Engine Optimization
