Flowhaven is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with its subsidiary, Flowhaven Inc., based in Santa Monica, California. Flowhaven is seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join its growing EMEA team. The Operations Director will lead sales and customer success operation activities in designated territories and accounts. As the Operations Specialist, you will develop a sales pipeline that introduces Flowhaven’s top-rated brand licensing management software solution to companies in selected territories, with a focus on the entertainment, gaming, animation, and sports industries.
This position will work closely and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer based in Helsinki, Finland.
This position requires a uniquely experienced operations leader who understands SaaS, has a deep understanding of the licensing industry, and has a rich understanding of the Salesforce platform. This role will become an expert in the Flowhaven product, developing a rich understanding of its value propositions and how it may be tailored to meet customers’ licensing management needs. This role will exceed revenue goals by building and maintaining relationships and providing the highest caliber of customer service, from sale through onboarding.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through thoughtful and strategic targeting
Manage the post-sale client integration and onboarding processes
Execute focused quarterly strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
Lead customer onboarding trainings and on-going trainings for new users as needed
Develop customer relationships through weekly calls and meetings
Learn your customers’ business practices and workflows and identify how the Flowhaven solution may deliver operational efficiencies
Become a subject matter expert quickly and continue to deepen your knowledge of the Flowhaven solution over time
Be at the forefront of licensing industry trends and planning cycles as well as Salesforce updates and Flowhaven product updates
Lead all outbound sales including industry expo attendance, cold calling, in person and video conference meetings and demo presentations, etc.
Collaborate directly with the marketing team ensuring marketing strategies and tactics align with sales strategies, and continually share key sales learnings that drive effective lead generation
Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the solution and services
Gather feedback, research best practices, analyze customer data, develop listening points, and update customer success journeys (e.g., module/feature usage, overall satisfaction, etc.)
Ensure continual expansion opportunities as well as yearly subscription renewals
Act as an entrepreneur with the team to get things done with autonomy

5+ years of experience in media or entertainment company operations
5+ years of experience in SaaS and/or licensing operations
Proven experience working with Salesforce
Proven understanding of licensing business operations and licensing program lifecycles
Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Development
Proven solution selling expertise - the ability to break a complex organization into decision-makers, and sell to each individual’s unique challenge/pain point and the ability to move a SaaS sale through legal, purchasing, privacy, and C-level decision-makers
Highly organized, detail-oriented and data driven
Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and accountability
