7+ years of work experience, with at least a few years in high growth, scale up environment, ideally with European or Nordic operations.
Hands on experience from doing B2B sales and account management, and scaling such organizations. And you are extremely passionate about doing this yourself.
Commercial accumen combined with analytical rigour.
A passion in leveraging technology to run commercial operations in an efficient and data driven way.
Interest in food/foodtech and sustainability.
