We are seeking an ambitious, creative and well-organized graphic designer with a passion for branding to join our global startup, NewGlue, in Stockholm, Sweden ❤️👩‍🎨. The role will start off as an internship role - but can turn into a full-time position 🚀.

🚀 Who are we?

NewGlue is a groundbreaking design- and branding platform that, through a technical solution and creative tools, allows small businesses to design professional content WITH A CLICK - including high-quality and professional logos and branding. Logos are uploaded to our platform by professional logo designers all over the world, and then presented automatically with mockups, matching photos, generated fonts and color palettes. 2021 will be a big year for our startup, with many exciting news on the horizon including a larger funding round end of year.

🦸 How is it working at NewGlue?

First off, you need to be already living in Sweden and have permission to work in Sweden. Unfortunately we can not consider applicants from outside of Sweden.

You will have a key role in our team and be responsible for improving our logo library and designer community. You will work with our experienced team of design, business and tech experts. You will experience working in a fast-paced, energetic environment where your work reaches real customers from all over the world. Working with senior members of the team, you will quickly learn about what it takes to grow an online tech startup according to the needs of NewGlue’s customers (working with both designers and clients).

💼 Responsibilities and tasks

• Improve NewGlue's logo library

  • Review uploaded logos from graphic designers all over the world

  • Design awesome logos in our own online Design Tool

• Create and plan marketing material for NewGlue on social media etc

• Create custom projects for customers; e.g. custom website design (you will learn Squarespace if you don't already know it) or design presentation material with top quality branding (Keynote, Powerpoint) etc

  
  

  Custom projects will earn you 25% commission. For example; customer pays invoice 100k SEK, you will earn 25k SEK 💰

👴🏻 Experience Required

• Great knowledge of Adobe Illustrator

• Excellent sense of design, color, type and layout

• Passionate about branding and logo design

• Knowledge of online web tools is big plus (Squarespace, Shopify, Wordpress)

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

• High level of attention to detail and organized

• Flexible and able to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

• Show examples of digital design and/or graphic design work you’ve completed yourself (web, logos & branding etc)

💰 Salary

• 5000 SEK fixed base salary per month during internship

• 25% of all earnings from Custom Projects (estimated to equal 10 000 - 20 000 SEK per month)

• Total (estimate) = 15 000 - 25 000 SEK / month
