The general scope of your responsibility will consist of:
Supporting team development and processes at The Shortcut
Supporting the improvement of knowledge management and internal communications
Developing meaningful training opportunities for participants and team members
Finding creative solutions for the challenges of a growing team
Other HR and operations related topics depending on your interest
Familiar with or willing to learn about different HR and operations - relevant experience is a plus, but not required
Great team player with an attitude of just getting things done
Somewhat experienced with personal and team development in agile teams
Able to achieve goals and targets as agreed
Platform to showcase your ability and increase your employability
The opportunity to learn new skills and expand your portfolio
