Are you a bit mad, very driven, and excited about building new things? Look no further! The Shortcut is seeking a talented HR & Operations Intern to join the team! We are a talent accelerator, helping people to enter the tech world by either creating a startup or joining one.We're a community-driven non-profit and a sister organisation to Slush, Maria 01 and Junction. We support our community through events, workshops, and trainings to explore ideas and develop the skills needed in startups.

The general scope of your responsibility will consist of:

• Supporting team development and processes at The Shortcut

• Supporting the improvement of knowledge management and internal communications

• Developing meaningful training opportunities for participants and team members

• Finding creative solutions for the challenges of a growing team

• Other HR and operations related topics depending on your interest

You are:

• Familiar with or willing to learn about different HR and operations - relevant experience is a plus, but not required

• Great team player with an attitude of just getting things done

• Somewhat experienced with personal and team development in agile teams

• Able to achieve goals and targets as agreed
