Holvi is banking for Makers and Doers – a digital service built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Holvi combines everything a modern business owner needs in one easy-to-use platform. By combining banking and business tools, our goal is to significantly reduce the amount of overhead and manual processes of traditional business administration. We are currently looking for 3 experienced Backend Engineers to join our development unit of 30 people.

The three teams that are looking for a new member are:

Growth & New user experience

This team focuses on holistic design of the onboarding funnel from potential customer to active user. We work to optimise the new user experience in co-operation with Marketing, CRM & Customer Success teams.

Pay & Get Paid

As a Holvi customer you can pay and get paid how you prefer. This is the team that makes money flow on SEPA, FPS, and credit cards. In addition they develop business management tools such as invoicing, expense claims, and online shop.

Internal Tools & Efficiency

The mission of the team is to scale our internal operations & efficiency through technology. The team develops tools for other teams like customer service and risk & compliance officers. Often, those tools integrate with third party systems, ranging from customer due diligence data providers to regulatory reporting.

Requirements

You

• Are interested in building high-quality, resilient systems

• Are business-minded and geared towards results

• Have experience with web development and are interested in working with Python and Django

• Are a team player who has the ability and experience to work in a multicultural virtual team setting

Your role and responsibilities

• Work as a part of a team of talented and motivated backend, frontend and UX developers

• Implement and maintain the backend components, APIs etc. of the Holvi stack

• Participate in architectural development of the Holvi stack
