A Technical Customer Success Manager at Hello Ebbot manages the customer journey after a partnership has been established with a new client, and they lead the construction and personalization of our service.
They quickly get a grip of the customer's situation, and consult on the most efficient way to handle their customer interactions through our chatbot.
They project manage the clients to keep deadlines and provide technical documentation needed to complete their project.
They combine use of our own chatbot tool ebbot.app and Python programming to create an amazing chatbot for the customer based on previous conversation with them.
They work closely with the development team on managing and improving the product
They maintain great relationships while continuously supporting and developing their client's chatbot through testing and feedback. They also use the feedback to come up with more efficient ways of using the tool in the future.
Has worked in Customer Service
Has previous experience or is self-taught in object oriented programming
Has a widely ranging technical interest and understanding
Loves to learn and proactively take on new challenges and tasks
Has great understanding of the customer journey
Is confident enough to set clear expectations from the start while making sure that customers always have the information they need to make informed decisions.
Has great written communications skills in the Swedish language
