Currently, we are seeking a Customer Support Specialist (English & Finnish speaking) who isn’t afraid of complicated issues and, above all, is able to grow and maintain healthy customer relationships. Our ideal candidate takes pride in creating a top-notch customer experience, has excellent communication skills, is confident and gets a kick out of exceeding expectations.

You have excellent spoken and written English and Finnish communication skills, in order to be able to help customers on the phone, chat and email
You have native level skills in both English (UK) and Finnish
You are friendly, positive and outgoing
You are a strong team player with service-oriented attitude, a self-starter and interested in growing professionally
You are passionate about Customer Support and you take a genuine interest in Customers
You are Interested in Fintech and the Banking Industry
You are a problem solver, and you work well under pressure
You have 2+ years of Customer Support experience
You are able to work in Helsinki, Finland
You are able and willing to work in shifts
Considered as a plus
You have lived and worked in the UK
You understand how banking works in the UK
Previous experience working with micro entrepreneurs
Previous experience working in technical support
Your role and responsibilities
You are an essential part of the Holvi support team, helping our customers with daily support issues via chat, email and phone
You are acting as an advocate for our customer community and contributing their views and product needs internally
You support the operations team in customer communication
You are willing to incorporate sales and research techniques into customer calls when needed
