At Kobler you’ll get 16 new colleagues with different nationalities and backgrounds:
From sales, product development, software development, data science, to operations and testing. Production lines are short and quick and you’ll see the results of your work and get feedback right away.
We don’t use the term «flat structure» – we just work together, sit together, walk together, eat together – break new ground together.
