Multilingual Jobs Worldwide is a multilingual specialist recruitment agency working with the biggest companies all over Europe. We match the most exciting jobs abroad with multilingual speaking candidates from all over Europe. We are looking for native German speaking Junior Recruiters to join our dynamic, young Oslo team.

You will have the pleasure of being your own little CEO. From advertising to marketing, calling Dutch candidates and client relationship management - you are in charge. If you enjoy working independently towards targets and want to forget time passing by, then this is your role.

The tasks:

• Working with the total recruitment cycle, from A-Z

• Oversee your own recruitment projects with clients

• Advertising jobs, screening candidates, building talents pools

• Screening calls, interviewing candidates through phone, skype and face-to-face

• Create candidate presentations for clients

• Match-making and building relationships with candidates and present them to jobs all over the world

• Follow up presentations, book interviews

• Closing the process with candidate and clients

• Work against weekly and monthly KPIs and budgets to you reach your goals

Your Profile:

• You are fluent in English and German

• You are passionate about career, skills, people and/or talent.

• You have interest for recruitment industry

• You have excellent interpersonal skills

• You are proactive and have a can-do attitude
