You will be part of a professional service operation team, and work as level 3 engineer in close cooperation with the team. You will troubleshoot and identify errors to support L1 and L2 teams, and follow up on incidents/service requests with enterprise size customers in DK and abroad. You will also be responsible to install new customer solutions, to migrate customers to Teams, to install / implement Office 365 + Gateways and more.
To qualify for this job you will need:
Enterprise level technical experience with design, configuration, migration and implementing office 365, SFB, Teams, Exchange Online, SQL, Sharepoint and other office 365 products.
Strong knowledge in voice products like gateways and traditional telephony.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, structured approach to work
To be able to work independently but also a teamplayer to work close with our 24/7 team.
Great English and/or Danish verbal and written skills.
