We’re looking for a rockstar Account Manager/Executive Assistant, that will be responsible for assisting the founder in all tasks related to our first clients, and gradually take over the responsibility of her/his own portfolio.o.
Your tasks will amongst others mostly include:
Maintain and build excellent relationships with world renowned fashion brands
Help sales teams on how to maximise usage of the ModaResa platform
Intake client feedback and inform the product roadmap
Provide in-person market support (travel to Paris and London)
Manage renewal and upsell opportunities
Work closely with founder and engineering team
You recognise yourself on the following points:
Ability to work independently and control your own daily work agenda
Proactivity is your middle name
You have an analytical and organised mind
You are passionate about the fashion industry, and you know how things work in B2B
You’re eager to learn and not afraid to apologise if you screw up (we all do!)
You have excellent speaking and writing skills in English (French and Italian a big plus)
