This role is for a cloud engineer, who will develop our management software running in the cloud, which is written in Go and currently lives within AWS.
Key responsibilities
Design and build aspects of the Nebulon cloud platform
Mentor junior staff and work with peers to ensure a positive and healthy work environment
Proactively contribute to the team culture
Essential skills
Experience of developing APIs
Experience of working in a cloud environment
Experience in database design and querying
Degree in computer science or other engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
Willingness to take responsibility for design and implementation
Experience with revision control (preferably Git)
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
Desirable skills
Familiarity with Go
Scripting (Shell/Python/Perl)
GraphQL
Experience of working within a Linux environment
